When the OEM says "obsolete," we say "send us the part."

High-precision 3D scanning and CAD modeling lets us recreate hard-to-source impellers, diffusers, gears, and housings — with full drawings, tolerances, and metallurgy.

Problems you might be facing

OEM says "obsolete" with no alternative

The part is discontinued. The OEM's only suggestion is replacing the entire machine for millions.

No drawings exist for the part

The original drawings are lost, the OEM won't share them, and nobody else can manufacture without them.

Single-source dependency risk

You're entirely dependent on one supplier for a critical part. If they can't deliver, you're stuck.

What's included

Capabilities

3D scanning

Sub-25 µm structured-light scanning of impellers, gears, and complex housings.

CAD reconstruction

Parametric SolidWorks/Inventor models — editable, manufacturable, archivable.

Metallurgy analysis

Spectro, hardness, microstructure — matched against original material spec.

Manufacturing drawings

Full GD&T drawings with surface finishes, heat treat, and inspection callouts.

Manufacture

We build the part — sand cast, forged, or 5-axis machined as appropriate.

Validation

Dimensional inspection, NDT, balancing, and (where possible) test bench.

Why customers choose us

  • Successfully reverse-engineered impellers, gears, coolers, valves, and seal housings across 6 OEMs.
  • Re-engineered designs sometimes outperform the original — better materials, modern coatings.
  • Full archive of CAD models — re-orders ship in weeks, not months.
  • IP-respectful: we work from your physical part, not from OEM drawings.
How we work

Process

01

Receive sample

Send us the part. Even partial / damaged samples are usable.

02

Scan & analyze

3D scan, metallurgy, surface finish — engineered specification produced.

03

Manufacture

Casting / forging / machining route selected for the duty and run size.

04

Validate & ship

Inspection, balance, certification — ready to drop into your machine.

Frequently asked questions

Is reverse engineering legal?+

Yes — recreating a part from a physical sample to keep your equipment running is well-established practice. We produce engineered drawings independently from any OEM IP.

How accurate is your scanning?+

Our structured-light scanners resolve down to ~20–25 microns on aerodynamic surfaces. CMM verification on critical features.

Can you improve on the original?+

Often — modern material grades, coatings, and surface finishes can extend MTBF beyond the OEM original at no extra cost.
