Dry gas seals that protect your process — and your investment.
Single, tandem, and double dry gas seal cartridges for centrifugal compressors — with barrier gas system integration, condition monitoring, and overhaul support.

Problems you might be facing
Gas leakage and environmental risk
Worn dry gas seals leaking process gas — creating safety hazards, environmental compliance issues, and lost product.
OEM seal overhaul costs exceeding $50K
The OEM quotes six figures for a seal cartridge swap on a critical compressor. There has to be a better option.
Increasing primary seal leakage rates
Your seal monitoring shows primary leakage trending upward — a shutdown is coming, but when?
Capabilities
Tandem dry gas seals
Most common configuration — primary seal handles full pressure, secondary provides backup in case of primary failure.
Double dry gas seals
For toxic or flammable process gases — barrier gas between seals provides zero-emission containment.
Single dry gas seals
Cost-effective option for non-hazardous process gases where a single sealing stage is sufficient.
Seal overhaul & repair
Complete disassembly, inspection, lapping, and reassembly of existing dry gas seal cartridges.
Barrier gas panels
Seal gas conditioning and supply panels with filtration, heating, and flow monitoring instrumentation.
Condition monitoring
Primary and secondary leakage monitoring systems with alarm and trip setpoints configured to your operating envelope.

Frequently asked questions
Can you overhaul my existing dry gas seals?+
Yes. We strip, inspect, relap faces, replace secondary seals and springs, reassemble, and static-test. If faces are damaged beyond lapping, we replace them.
Do you supply barrier gas panels?+
Yes — from simple filter-regulator sets to fully instrumented panels with flow measurement, heating, and dual-block-and-bleed isolation.
What seal face pattern do you recommend?+
Spiral groove for unidirectional compressors, bi-directional groove for variable-speed drives or compressors that may reverse. We'll recommend based on your application.
How do I monitor seal health?+
We install primary and secondary leakage measurement with trending capability. Rising primary leakage gives you weeks of warning before a required intervention.
