Turbo Airtech Announces Series 7 Compressor Control System

— Turbo Airtech today announced the launch of its next-generation , a major leap forward in industrial automation for centrifugal compressors.

Designed as a direct retrofit for legacy panels, the Series 7 brings connectivity, predictive maintenance analytics, and sub-millisecond surge protection to machines of any vintage.

Key Capabilities

  • Universal Compatibility: Interfaces with all major OEM centrifugal compressors (Cameron, IR, Atlas Copco).
  • Predictive Analytics: On-board AI analyzes vibration and thermal trends to predict bearing wear before catastrophic failure.
  • High-Resolution Touch Interface: A ruggedized 15-inch HMI provides crystal-clear schematics and trending data.

"The Series 7 fundamentally changes how operators interact with their compressed air systems," said the Lead Controls Engineer at Turbo Airtech. "We're moving from reactive troubleshooting to proactive optimization."

The Series 7 is available immediately for deployment globally

Air Flow (CFM)

CFM, or Cubic Feet per Minute, indicates the volume of compressed air delivered by the compressor. This value should be matched to the total air consumption of pneumatic tools, machinery, and process equipment.
